Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy, subject to the terms below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Fishing rods must not have been used in water, modified, or damaged.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
- Defective products (e.g., manufacturing flaws, broken components) are eligible for return, exchange, or refund, regardless of the 30-day window, provided the defect is not due to misuse or improper care.
Return & Exchange Process
1. To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your returned package.
2. Package the product securely, including the RA number, and ship it back to our designated return address (provided with the RA number).
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as the returned product is verified to be eligible.
Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, improper care (e.g., failure to clean after use, improper storage), or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
